Rob Rowe, M.A. Cantab. (Law), Solicitor (non practising), Course Director CLT International Ltd. Rob qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and spent a number of years in private practice before taking up a full time tutoring position on the Legal Practice Course. Rob thus joined CLT with substantial legal and teaching experience and has overall responsibility for the CLT International programmes.
	Bridget Smith, PA to the Director Having much experience as a personal assistant in both small companies and multinationals, Bridget joined CLT International in May 2010 as Rob’s PA.
	Bonny Martin, Office Manager After successfully completing her Degree in European Law Studies at Albert De Mun - Paris VII - France, Bonny arrived in the UK in 1999 and joined CLT in 2000. As Office Manager Bonny is responsible for the smooth running of the office and all CLT International programmes of over 250 courses/workshops a year for more than 2000 delegates Worldwide.
	Lucy Walsh, Senior Programme Developer Having graduated from the University of Birmingham with an LLB Law with German degree in 2005, Lucy joined CLT in April 2006. Lucy acts in a wide-ranging academic/professional support role to the Course Director.
	Victoria Hollinshead, Professional Programmes Developer Victoria graduated with an LLB Law degree from the University of Warwick in 2004 and worked for a Birmingham based firm of solicitors before joining CLT International in February 2008. Victoria works alongside Lucy, assisting Rob in the ongoing maintenance, review and development of all programmes and new projects.
	Sonia Mal, Professional Programmes Developer Sonia joined CLT International in February 2010, after completing the Legal Practice Course in 2009 and graduating with a Law LLB degree in 2008, both from the University of Wolverhampton. Sonia works in the professional/academic team with Lucy and Victoria, assisting Rob with the maintenance, review and development of current and new programmes.
	Natasha Batchelor LLB (Hons),Team Leader Having gained an LLB Law and Legal Practice degree in 2005 at the University of Central England, Natasha joined CLT in May 2006. Natasha assists the Office Manager in managing the team and their work efficiently and effectively, to ensure the smooth running of the programmes. Natasha is also responsible for all of the non-academic website updates and delegate liaison.
	Victoria Hand, Course Registration Administrator Victoria joined CLT International in April 2007. Victoria is responsible for delegate enrolments on all of the programmes as well as liaising with them in preparation for their upcoming courses.
	Mandy Micklewright, Course Registration Administrator Mandy joined CLT in 1999 and CLT International in December 2007. Mandy is responsible for delegate enrolments on all programmes as well as liaising with them in preparation for their upcoming courses.
	Nicholas Marsh, Administrator Nick graduated with a Business Engineering Degree in 1996 and joined CLT International in March 2010. Nick oversees the compiling, editing and sending of course notes as well as the marking and moderation of exam papers. Nick is also responsible for sending exam results and certificates.
	Charlotte Mitchell Having graduated in BA (Hons) Geography from Staffordshire University in 2008, Charlotte joined CLT International in 2010. She is responsible for organising course/exam venues and invigilation for worldwide programmes. Charlotte also organises travel, hotels and work permits for lecturers.
