STEP Diploma in International Trust Management
   

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) launched the international programme in 1999 leading to the STEP Foundation Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management.

The Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management and Diploma are also awarded in association with the University of Manchester Business School.

Programme Features

The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners Foundation Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management is a globally recognised programme and is currently offered in 21 jurisdictions. It defines standards, levels of expertise and codes of professionalism in the international trust arena and has received acclaim as a highly relevant, well presented course with first class study materials and facilities.

Foundation Certificate

Containing modules in offshore financial services, the evolution of equity, types and uses of offshore trusts, features of good trust administration, uses and types of offshore companies and management of offshore companies.

Diploma - consists of the following advanced papers;

  • Trust Creation: Law & Practice
  • Company Law & Practice
  • Trusts Administration & Accounts
  • Trustee Investment and Financial Appraisal

  • The Foundation Certificate and Diploma are now awarded in association with the University of Manchester Business School (MBS). The courses are subject to the rigorous quality assurance procedures of MBS, a school of the University of Manchester.
